About Autumn Ridge Community
Welcome to The Autumn Ridge Community Association -a subdivision located in the Perry Hill Township, Allen County, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our attending public school system is: Perry Hill Elementary, Maple Creek Middle School, and Carroll High School. We have 260 lots consisting of beautiful homes and villas. The Autumn Ridge Community Association is overseen by an elected board of directors who volunteer their time and talents to keep ARCA one of the finest developments in Fort Wayne. Autumn Ridge is a golf course community that takes pride in our open concept. Owners of lots bordering the fairway or the Autumn Ridge Golf Course are obligated to refrain from anything that would detract from the playing qualities of the course.
The Homeowners’ association dues with the exception of the Villas, include membership at the pool and tennis courts which are mandatory and payable annually. Villa owners may purchase pool membership upon request.
The Covenants and Bylaws for our neighborhood are located under "Documents" at the top of our Home Page. They will provide you with more information on what the rules and regulations of the neighborhood are for our community association. One of the most crucial to consider when purchasing a home in Autumn Ridge is ARTICLE III, Architectural Control. It states,"No building, improvement, construction, excavation, landscaping, fence, wall, swimming pool or spa or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon any Lot, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made until two (2) sets of plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee in accordance with the Autumn Ridge Design Control Committe in accordance with the Autumn Ridge Design Standards.
